Indian Bot — Terms of Service

1. What Indian Bot does

Indian Bot provides AI-generated binary options trading signals — CALL/PUT recommendations with conviction scoring and model reasoning — delivered via our web dashboard and, for Full AI Engine users, via Telegram. We are a signal provider only. We are not a broker, an exchange, a financial advisor, or an investment firm. We do not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalized financial advice.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on Indian Bot — every signal, confidence score, model reasoning, and piece of content — is for informational and educational purposes. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Binary options trading carries a high level of risk. You should understand how these instruments work and consult a qualified professional before making trading decisions.

3. Who can use Indian Bot

You must be at least 18 years old. Indian Bot is not available to residents of jurisdictions where binary options trading is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply to you.

4. Open access and Full AI Engine

Open access: Real-time CALL/PUT signals on 3 timeframes (1M, 5M, 15M) via the web dashboard. No registration. No payment. No obligation. This tier exists so you can evaluate Indian Bot before committing to anything.

Full AI Engine: Full 16-model architecture with cross-model validation, AI-weighted conviction scoring, and real-time Telegram delivery. Access requires an approved application. We review each application individually and reserve the right to accept or decline at our discretion. If a license fee is charged, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Signal accuracy — the honest truth

Indian Bot uses AI models to generate trading signals. These are probabilistic outputs — not certainties. We make no guarantees about signal accuracy, profitability, win rate, or trading performance. Our cross-model validation eliminates many false positives, but it cannot eliminate risk. Market conditions change. Volatility spikes. Black swans happen. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated signals are probability-based, not deterministic
• Past accuracy and backtested performance do not predict future results
• You alone are responsible for every trade you place and every outcome that follows

6. Intellectual property

All content on Indian Bot — signal data, confidence algorithms, model reasoning, branding, design, copy, and source code — is our intellectual property. Do not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Indian Bot without explicit written permission.

7. Rules of the road

By using Indian Bot, you agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models; scrape, crawl, or bulk-download signal data; resell, republish, or redistribute signals through any channel; use the platform for anything illegal; or interfere with the service through bots, DDoS, or other automated attacks. Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of access — no warning, no refund.

8. Third-party services

Our website and Indian Bot on Telegram may reference or link to third-party platforms, brokers, and services. We don't control these third parties. We don't endorse them. We are not responsible for their content, policies, practices, or what happens when you use them. Interact with third parties at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, and any other loss, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility.

10. You agree to cover us

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian Bot and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Indian Bot at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate a Full AI Engine subscriber's access without cause (meaning: you didn't violate these Terms), we will issue a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period. If we terminate for cause, no refund applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. If changes are material, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users. Continuing to use Indian Bot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any claim must be brought individually — not as part of a class action.
