At Indian Bot, we don't think privacy policies should require a law degree to understand. Here's the short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, we don't run tracking scripts, and you can ask us to delete your information anytime. The long version is below.

1. What we collect — and what we don't

We collect the minimum data needed to operate Indian Bot:

  • Full AI Engine applications: When you apply for premium access, we ask for your Telegram username, email address, and Pocket Option account ID. This is used solely to verify your account and set up your Indian Bot access. Nothing else.
  • Open access visitors: If you only use the free signal dashboard, we collect exactly nothing. No personal information. No cookies. No tracking scripts. No analytics. You visit, you see signals, you leave. That's it.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp. These logs exist for security and operational monitoring. They are not used for profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond keeping the platform running. They auto-rotate within 30 days.
  • Indian Bot on Telegram: For premium subscribers, our Telegram bot processes your chat ID and message interactions solely to deliver signals and respond to commands. We do not read, store, or access any messages you send that are not directed at the bot.

2. How we use your information

We use collected data for exactly five purposes: processing and evaluating premium access applications, delivering signals through Indian Bot on Telegram, responding to your inquiries and support requests, monitoring platform performance and security, and complying with legal obligations. That's the full list. We do not use your data for advertising, user profiling, automated decision-making, or anything unrelated to operating Indian Bot.

3. Who gets your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Period. Limited sharing happens only in these cases:

  • Infrastructure providers: Indian Bot runs on Vercel (hosting) and uses the Telegram API (bot delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. They don't get to use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements: If we receive a valid legal order — subpoena, court order, warrant — we may disclose information as required. We'll notify you if the law permits.
  • Business changes: If Indian Bot is acquired or merged, user data may transfer as part of the transaction. You'll be notified before any transfer and given the option to delete your data first.

4. Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies. We don't use tracking pixels. We don't use browser fingerprinting. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any third-party tracking service. The open signal dashboard functions with zero client-side storage. The only possible exception: if you submit a form, a temporary server-side session may exist for the duration of processing. No persistent cookies are ever stored on your device by Indian Bot.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Premium access applications: Retained for the duration of your application review and, if approved, the life of your access. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months after resolution, then deleted.
  • Server logs: Automatically rotated and deleted within 30 days.
  • Indian Bot interactions: Chat IDs retained for the duration of your subscription. Message content is never stored.

6. How we protect your data

We use industry-standard measures: all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, infrastructure access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we follow secure development practices. That said, no online service can promise 100% security. We do everything reasonable to protect your data, but absolute guarantees don't exist — for us or anyone else.

7. Your rights over your data

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten"), object to or restrict how we process your data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page. We'll respond within 30 days. There's no fee for these requests unless they're clearly unfounded or excessive.

8. Kids

Indian Bot is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that someone under 18 has provided us with personal data, we delete it immediately.

9. International data transfers

Indian Bot operates globally. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Updates to this policy

We review this policy periodically and update it when our practices change. When we make material changes, we post the updated version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll make an effort to notify active users directly.
